-->box any whole sentence, phrase, or single word that is unclear, sounds odd, or doesn't make sense.

2. Put a "?" with a circle around it between any sentences that feel choppy, jump in thought, or feel like an idea is missing.

3. {Bracket} any sentence in past tense.

4. "X" out no-no words
-->would, should, could, may, might, probably, if, you, your(s), I, me, mine, probably, if

5. "X" out any apostrophes in contractions

6. circle and connect any repeating words that repeat repeatedly

7. "X" out any weak words
